  • All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS
  • EXIF metadata is automatically stripped from uploaded images to protect your privacy
  • Generated videos are accessible only via unique, non-guessable links
  • Account passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text

5. Third-Party Services

Imagik relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

5.1 OpenAI (Sora)

Your prompts and reference images are processed by OpenAI's Sora model to generate video content. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, but OpenAI may have their own data retention and usage policies.

5.2 Stripe

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and your Stripe customer ID.

5.3 Supabase

User authentication and data storage are managed by Supabase. Your account data and content are stored according to Supabase's security and privacy standards.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Imagik is designed to help you create original anime-style content. When using reference images:

  • Reference images are used only to guide color palettes and visual style
  • Generated characters and scenes are original creations, not reproductions
  • Copyrighted characters may be transformed and will not match original likeness
  • You are responsible for ensuring your reference images comply with copyright law
  • We automatically detect and flag potentially copyrighted content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of your generated videos. We do not claim any rights to your content and do not use it to train AI models.

9. Content Safety & Moderation

We enforce strict content policies to ensure safe and appropriate generations:

  • No generation of real-person likenesses without proper authorization
  • No sexual, violent, or illicit content
  • Automated filtering of inappropriate prompts and images
  • All generations include negative prompts to prevent photorealistic outputs

Model Release Requirements: If you wish to generate content featuring recognizable individuals, you must obtain and maintain proper model releases. Imagik does not store or verify model releases - this is your responsibility as the content creator.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your logged-in session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze service usage and performance

You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, but disabling cookies may affect service functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

While Imagik does not have a minimum age requirement, we recommend that users under 18 obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Service or making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
